I contacted Jason on 9/3 to get a key fob for my daughters car and he was able to come out the next day on 9/4. He is mobile so he was able to come to me which was a huge bonus. Unfortunately there is a problem with my daughters car locking motor and Jason was not able to set up a key fob. However he did not charge me a service call and thanked me for having him out anyways. You can tell when someone loves their job and Jason is one of them. I highly recommend him and will call him back for any future locksmith needs. Thank you Jason!

After dealing with a local dealership about replacing a misplaced key fob for my Forde Edge and getting a bit of a run-around I emailed Jason at The Local Locksmith. He answered my email within a couple hours, we made a time for him to come to the house the same day, he actually showed up a few minutes early. He was very professional, rekeyed and programmed the new fob with-in about a half hour while my car was in my driveway. He charged about the same as the dealership quoted, be Jason was mobile, he had the fob and I didn't have to drop off my car at the dealership for half a day. Super nice guy, knows his business and has a very nice wife as well (she came with him and we were introduced) I would highly recommend Jason for all your locksmithing needs.

Stupid human problems; locked my keys to the garage IN the garage. Old school steel door. Jason and company had the door open in less than 15 minutes and almost drown on their way out. Lifesavers!! I run a local landscape business and had a mishap with my ignition key. Opened the trailer door and it somehow came down on my key to my truck and snapped it in half. We had locked our keys in the trunk of the car late at night and about an hour from home (and the spare key). I regret that we called any other company first because after calling Jason, we were back into our car and on our way home within 45 minutes as promised AND with a spare key made for us. Fantastic business with a phenomenal owner!Today, I noticed my company truck key was missing, I could not find it and this was making next week look real worrisome as I did not have an extra laying around. Do not call anyone else call The local locksmith company!!!My experience:I lost my key fob key late in the evening and was stranded miles away from my home so I called a company who said they’d be there within an hour. After waiting with no response I googled The local locksmith company and called. Jason answered immediately and said he could get to where I was in 23 minutes guess what he got there in 23 minutes! After hearing about my situation he LOWERED the price we initially agreed upon and said he’d have me out of there in about 20 minutes and guess what he delivered! While he was programming my fob he explained why he doesn’t usually do that late at night but he could tell how desperate I was and wanted to help he also explained everything he was doing and explained it clearly! I don’t know many companies that keep their word but Jason definitely went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful in the 40 minutes of meeting he definitely made an impression on me! He even explained how many of the 24 hour key places operate and wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to get scammed. I will be calling him again for my other lock and key needs and you should too! This man is a Saint! One of the nicest guys in the world. I was visiting Michigan from WV and somehow managed to lose my ONLY key to my Cadillac. Kinda scary! I used this business back to back one day right after another. First I came home not even thinking I left my house keys on my table and I had no back ups to let me in. After calling a few places and getting quotes I had safe feelings that this company wasn't going to take advantage of me late at night.I then asked if I already had a "Smart" lock that required a code that needed to be installed would be be interested in installing that and he came back the next day and installed that for me and made sure before he left that I didn't have any issues/problems with it even though he wasn't the one who originally purchased the deadbolt lock. They are very good at car key replacement and duplication. My car with key-less entry/start has a very strange key fob where the unusual key is stored. This company is great for emergency automobile unlock services. Call to have my car unlocked because I locked my keys in the cab and they were out to help me within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. Jason came out and had my truck unlocked within 5 minutes of getting there. Highly recommend reaching out if you’re locked out of your car!

From the moment I Jason, these guys was very helpful! I was a little concern because of all the other locksmiths companies doesn’t give you an actual quote for a car lockout, but they DID! It was a great price.

Truly a man of his word gave me a time of arrival and he showed up at that time. Waited 40 minutes and only took him minutes to unlock my rental truck on a cold EARLY Saturday morning. I was expecting a outrageous price and it wasn’t what I expected. Highly recommend him. Just hope I don’t need him again. Nice to see a company ask for military status to receive a discount as well. Jason was awesome I Locked myself out of my work truck he was to my location within 5-10 minutes and had it unlocked in less then 10 minutes. I drive a 2020 semi truck for work that has tuff seals to get into so if he can do It that quick on that he’ll have you done quick awesome service and customer service. Would highly recommend using him. Thanks again

Locked my keys in my car. Had 2 different companies from roadside assistance try to get in with no success! Called Jason from the local locksmith company. He was in and out within 10 mins!! Jason was the best. I called him to install my new door locks, and within a few hours he was over and working. Incredibly personable, the best prices and a great local company. He went above and beyond and helped me with some doorknobs I had in my house, without me even having to ask. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area needing locks.

We had the misfortune of locking an interior door to one of my children's rooms and she needed to access it quickly as she had to be at classes within an hour or so. Jason was here in less than 30 minutes and done with the job in less than 10. He is personable and his prices are reasonable. We couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend his service.

My mother in law is getting into her older ages now in life and she lives in Detroit MI, on Saturday night she locked herself out of her car.
